## Description

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support high-performing development teams in delivering quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will promote collaboration, remove obstacles, and ensure adherence to Agile principles across multiple projects.
Responsibilities

 * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and continuous improvement practices.
 * Remove impediments that impact team productivity and project delivery.
 * Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and manage backlogs.
 * Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics.
 * Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
 * Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
 * Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and delivery performance.
 * Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate project status and team progress.
