## About the Role

* Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
 * Strong background in analytics development
 * Proficiency in Pig and PySpark
 * TS/SCI with a polygraph

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:

 * Experience with patch management and IAVA tracking
 * Programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala
 * Familiarity with NiFi and Ansible
 * Experience working in Agile environments

## Description

* The engineer will be heavily involved with the creation, maintenance, and running of Pig and or PySpark analytics and is
responsible for reviewing data ingest tickets and merge requests with other developers on the team.

 * The engineer is focused on delivering reliable, accurate data to the end users as well as ensuring that day-to-day
operations are successful. Including being able to investigate data arriving accurately into the system.
