## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience in service coordination, project coordination, customer support, or operations within HVAC, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
 * Experience using ERP, CRM, or service management software.
 * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
 * Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites as needed.
 * Experience supporting field service or commissioning teams is preferred.
 * Spanish or French is a plus but not required.

## Description

XNRGY Climate Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to support our growing Field Service team. In this role, you will coordinate start-ups, commissioning activities, service requests, rework, and technician readiness for mission-critical data center projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Service teams, you will help ensure projects stay on schedule while delivering an exceptional customer experience., * Coordinate incoming service requests, warranty claims, parts, and documentation requests.

 * Support start-up and commissioning activities by tracking schedules, documentation, and project readiness.
 * Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
 * Track rework items, punch lists, parts availability, and project completion.
 * Partner with Workforce Management to coordinate technician travel, site readiness, and deployment.
 * Prepare project updates, maintain service dashboards, and communicate status to internal stakeholders.
 * Escalate scheduling, documentation, or material issues that could impact project timelines.
