Due to the nature of animal welfare operations and seasonal business demands, the Manager of Information Systems & Technology is expected to work additional hours as necessary to support these critical functions. Regular availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, as this position serves as an integral part of the business., The Manager of Information Systems & Technology is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for the strategy, security, integration, and day-to-day management of Halifax Humane Society's technology environment. This position leads the organization's information systems, cybersecurity, communications infrastructure, software platforms, and technology vendors while advancing digital solutions that strengthen lifesaving operations, veterinary services, fundraising, finance, volunteer engagement, and community outreach.
