Mint CRM is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Website Designer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing our company websites while ensuring an exceptional user experience across desktop and mobile devices.

Duties

 * Design and maintain modern, responsive websites for Mint CRM and affiliated businesses.
 * Develop visually appealing landing pages and website layouts.
 * Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
 * Update website content, graphics, images, and promotional materials.
 * Improve website performance, speed, accessibility, and user experience.
 * Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
 * Work closely with management and the marketing team to develop new web content and features.
 * Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on performance.
 * Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance and updates.
