Your role: + Independently lead and execute complex system installations, upgrades, and implementations across patient monitoring and IT infrastructure environments, ensuring reliable performance and high-quality delivery. Provide hands-onexpertisein troubleshooting, validation, and system optimization tomaintainoperational continuity. + Serve as the primary technical authority for system architecture, networking decisions, configuration validation, and risk management. Diagnoseandresolvecomplex system and performance issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques and structured problem-solving approaches. + Engage customers as a trusted advisor to understand technical environments, workflows, and operational challenges. Lead technical discussions and deliver tailored recommendations that align solutions with clinical, business, and strategicobjectives. + Own configuration management, version control, and system validation while developing and promoting standardized methodologies and best practices. Ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance while contributing to continuous improvement and organizational knowledge sharing., + Travel for business.
