## About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong quantitative and reporting skills who can work independently to transform complex data into clear, accurate, and actionable information for a variety of stakeholders., * Master's degree (or advanced graduate training) in Statistics, Educational Research, Psychology, Public Health, Data Science, Economics, Sociology, or a related quantitative field.

 * At least 2 years of experience conducting quantitative analyses for research, evaluation, or applied analytics projects.
 * Proficiency in R, SAS, SPSS, Stata, Python, or similar statistical software.
 * Experience working with survey, administrative, or program evaluation data.
 * Strong written communication and technical reporting skills., * Experience supporting federally funded, state-funded, or grant-funded research and evaluation projects.
 * Familiarity with education, workforce development, healthcare, early childhood, or social service programs.
 * Experience producing stakeholder-facing reports and data visualizations.
 * Experience conducting subgroup analyses and longitudinal analyses.

## Description

InGenesis is currently seeking a Research & Data Analyst to work with our client. In this role, you will support applied research, program evaluation, and reporting activities across education, workforce-development, healthcare, and related projects. The analyst will conduct quantitative analyses, prepare technical reports, update evaluation products, and communicate findings to research and program teams., * Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses using survey, administrative, and program data.

 * Clean, merge, validate, and document datasets from multiple sources.
 * Score surveys and assessment measures according to established protocols.
 * Produce summary tables, figures, dashboards, and technical appendices.
 * Calculate and interpret common evaluation metrics, including frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, effect sizes, correlations, regression models, and subgroup comparisons.
 * Update existing reports and evaluation products as new data become available.
 * Support development of technical reports, grant reports, manuscripts, presentations, and stakeholder-facing products.
 * Translate statistical findings into clear language for non-technical audiences.
 * Maintain organized analytic documentation and reproducible workflows.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
