While the PMO sits within the IT organization, it functions as a hybrid PMO supporting initiatives across the broader business, including contact center operations, web platforms, warehouse systems, and various technology implementations. This role reports to the Director of CX & PMO and is ideal for an excellent team player who brings a strong sense of ownership to their work and can build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse business units. This is not a role for someone who manages from a distance. We need someone comfortable rolling up their sleeves, navigating ambiguity, and adapting their approach as project needs shift.
