The successful candidate will be a key player in a high-impact, statewide initiative to build a predictive workforce intelligence system. This individual will be responsible for acquiring, analyzing, and visualizing complex datasets to identify early-warning signs of economic disruptions and layoffs. This work will directly inform state policy, support at-risk industries, and power a public-facing dashboard.
