## About the Role

We are seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer with strong front-end development experience and working knowledge of back-end development to support the enhancement and ongoing development of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. This role will focus on building intuitive user experiences, developing custom functionality, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions., * 5+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).

 * Strong front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
 * Experience developing Dynamics 365 customizations, including forms, business rules, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components.
 * Working knowledge of back-end development using C#, .NET, Web APIs, and Azure services.
 * Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
 * Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
 * Experience with source control, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
 * Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills., * Do you currently reside in the Dallas area and are willing to come on location as needed (mostly remote)?
 * Do you have 5+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM?

## Description

* Design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and customizations.
 * Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end components using modern web technologies.
 * Build and support back-end integrations, plugins, workflows, and custom business logic within Dynamics 365.
 * Customize forms, dashboards, views, and business processes to meet business requirements.
 * Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
 * Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while following development best practices.
 * Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards.
