 * React - Performance Optimization
 * Question: What steps would you take to improve performance in a slow React application?
 * Python - Backend Design / API Handling
 * Question: Describe a use case where you built or optimized an API in Python. What challenges did you face?
 * End-to-End Scenario
 * Question: Walk through a project where you used both React and Python-how did the frontend and backend interact?, PLEASE NOTE: candidates must have hands-on, real-time experience in React and Python (FastAPI).
 * Strong hands-on experience (this is not a project management role at onsite)
 * Support analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics
 * Develop and support optimized UI screens by integrating Fast API
 * Work with stakeholders including Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with application and API-related technical issues and support their application needs
 * Work with customers and provide solutions with stronger security principles
 * Communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language and visualizations that are friendly to business and operational audiences
