## About the Role

* Strong SAP FICA expertise, including dunning by collection strategy, clearing rules, payments, returns, refunds, and contract accounting.
 * Experience with SAP IS-U utility processes and integrations with Billing, Customer Service, and Work Management.
 * Proven experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA migrations, including FICA objects, open items, and master data conversion.
 * Skilled in FICA and IS-U configuration, functional design, and solution validation.
 * Experience developing and reviewing functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
 * Strong understanding of integrations with FI-GL, SD, and Service Cloud.
 * Hands-on experience with FQEVENTS, enhancements, and user exits.
 * Experience using and supporting SAP Fiori applications.
 * Knowledge of FICA data migration, open item conversion.

Nice to have skills:

 * Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and offshore/onshore resources.
 * Understanding of FICA and IS-U security and authorization concepts.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
