Master's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred., * Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible Information Technology experience required. * Minimum of 7+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, or systems required. * Executive-level leadership experience strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and care coordination processes preferred. * Experience with cybersecurity governance, strategic planning, vendor management, infrastructure management, and enterprise systems oversight required. * Experience leading organizational technology initiatives, operational change management, and cross-functional projects preferred. * Experience with enterprise data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence platforms preferred. This position is responsible for developing and executing enterprise technology strategies that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen cybersecurity posture, improve system reliability, support data-driven decision-making, and position HopeWest for future innovation and scalability. The Vice President fosters collaborative relationships across departments while promoting a culture of service excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Information Technology function.
