## About the Role

* Strong experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
 * Knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL)
 * Experience in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies
 * Hands-on experience in integration troubleshooting and error handling
 * Understanding of Workday business processes (HCM and/or Financials)
 * Experience with integration monitoring and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Workday Financials or HCM modules
 * Prior experience in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation
 * Familiarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
 * Knowledge of security framework and business process framework (BPF)
 * Workday certification (Integration / Studio)

 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
 * Problem-solving and analytical thinking

## Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Analyst with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with integration tools and a solid understanding of HR and/or Finance business processes., * Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors

 * Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems
 * Work with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services for real-time data exchange
 * Create and maintain integration documentation (design documents, mappings, test cases)
 * Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support
 * Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
 * Perform data transformations using XML, XSLT, and JSON
 * Support security configuration related to integrations
 * Participate in UAT, deployments, and post-production support
