* Able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
 * Experience working in a microservices-based architecture
 * Working knowledge of backend technologies such as Scala or Ruby on Rails
 * Experience supporting complex, high-scale, client-facing applications
 * Experience as a full stack engineer, with stronger depth on the frontend
 * Familiar with document-heavy or workflow-driven user interfaces
 * Willingness to grow deeper into backend ownership over time
 * Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks

## Description

* ICapital is seeking an Associate Full Stack Engineer with an initial emphasis on frontend development to join the Post-Investments Technology team
 * This individual will work closely with multiple Engineering teams to build and evolve a TypeScript-based microservice frontend that integrates with Scala and Ruby on Rails backend systems
 * While the focus will start on the frontend, the role is expected to contribute across the stack over time
 * Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and upkeep
 * Collaborate with multiple Backend teams working in Scala and Ruby on Rails to integrate frontend services with distributed microservice architectures
 * Contribute to API design and backend development as needed to support end-to-end feature delivery
 * Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
 * Support and enhance critical, client-facing platforms and workflows
