## About the Role

Must Haves:

 * 5-10+ years of DevOps experience- preferably in a large migration project

 * Hand's on experience with XLR (most important)

 * Experience with Bitbucket

 * Experience with Jenkins

 * Experience with Ansible Tower

 * Strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, meet deadlines, able to multitask and prioritize. Plusses:

 * Prior involvement in large-scale configuration management migrations

 * Previous Financial Services experience- preferably Bank of America

 * Experience in similar tools like Harness or Argo CD

## Description

One of our financial clients is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their team 3x a week onsite. They are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level DevOps Engineer to lead a full migration of 2 internal tools within the Enterprise Risk Technology organization. For these migrations, the team will heavily utilize XLR for release and deployment coordination alongside Jenkins, Ansible Tower, Bitbucket. They will need to utilize XLR for change management, production approvals, and release management. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience, strong Ansible expertise, familiarity with highly regulatory risk environments. The goal is to deliver a fully automated, validated environment while documenting processes for internal teams. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining operational stability.
