## About the Role

Required

 + Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

 + Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.

 + Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

 + Alternatively, an additional five (5) years of SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

 + Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.

Desired

 + Strong background in software development to enhance our engineering capabilities.

 + A proactive approach to evaluating and improving current and future applications.

 + Working knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud technologies, and vendor cloud solutions.

 + Experience developing system development and supporting roadmaps and strategic plans.

 + Background supporting SEAMREAPER customer missions.

Responsibilities

 + Cloud Migration & Architecture: Support cloud migration efforts and contribute to cloud architecture initiatives.

 + Strategic Roadmap: Assist in developing and documenting the strategic roadmap for our products.

 + Technical Debt: Help manage and reduce technical debt within our systems.

 + Application Redevelopment: Evaluate current applications and plan for future redevelopment efforts.

 + Documentation: Support the documentation of plans and strategies to ensure clear communication and execution.
