## About the Role

+ 1+ year of experience in desktop support or PC deployment

 + Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and PC hardware

 + Familiarity with imaging tools (Wyse Management Studio preferred)

 + Experience in imaging Dell thick and thin client devices

 + Ability to follow documented procedures and work efficiently in a project environment

Nice to Have

 + DHCP maintenance experience (printers, scanners, label printers, peripherals)

 + Prior healthcare or enterprise deployment project experience
