## About the Role

* A minimum of 1-2 years hardware field service experience, technical phone support or equivalent
 * Thorough knowledge of hardware products and software capabilities
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Must be self-motivated and self-directed
 * Must be willing to answer calls after normal working hours as part of an on-call rotation

## Description

* Desktop Support
 * Install and configure computer & phone equipment, including site preparation
 * Manage video conferencing
 * Perform diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and ongoing support for hardware
 * Perform diagnostics, repair and ongoing support for software in a Windows 11 environment
 * Assist in managing administrative tasks such as physical inventory of hardware and software license compliance
 * HelpDesk
 * Serves as evening HelpDesk Technician
 * Assists in handling firmwide HelpDesk tickets as able from 10:30am - 2:30pm PST, then exclusively 2:30pm - 7:00pm PST
 * Is part of an on-call rotation
