This role is hands-on and technical first, with direct involvement in customer-facing project work alongside the sales team. This role will report to the Richweb CTO. Based in Richmond, Virginia, we partner with SMB and enterprise clients to design and operate the networks their businesses run on. If you want to stay close to the technology, skip the corporate ladder, and have your fingerprints on work that matters - you'll fit right in. On a typical day, this role may include building network designs, working through complex troubleshooting on customer networks, leading change reviews, and hands-on configuration or validation for high-impact work. The role is regularly involved in deep technical escalations and ensures solutions are operationally sound and well documented. Most work is performed in small teams in partnership with our customers. The position is responsible for maintaining enterprise network architecture and ensuring operational success of post deployment for our customers.
