## About the Role

* 3-7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in technical environments
 * Strong Agile/Scrum execution experience
 * Proven experience working with enterprise systems (ERP strongly preferred)
 * Experience managing product backlogs, enhancement pipelines, and support tickets
 * Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical requirements
 * Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or inventory-related systems

PREFERRED SKILLS:

 * Manufacturing industry experience
 * Exposure to ERP systems
 * Experience supporting system modernization or migration initiatives
 * Familiarity with SQL and MongoDB
 * Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools
 * Experience working in Agile enterprise transformation environments

## Description

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Product Owner to join their team in the New Albany, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for supporting an established platform, including enhancements, defects and feature requests., * Own and prioritize the product backlog for an internal ERP system

 * Gather and translate requirements from procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality stakeholders
 * Collaborate with technical leads to deliver incremental improvements
 * Support ongoing modernization of legacy ERP components and data architecture
 * Partner closely with the Product Manager and engineering leadership to execute roadmap priorities
 * Ensure clear documentation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
 * Act as the primary liaison between business users and the development team
 * Support continuous improvement of workflows tied to materials and supply chain processes
