As such, candidates may be subject to a background investigation. ## Description ROLE SUMMARY: The Senior Security System Administrator serves as a critical technical leader within the organization, supporting enterprise-level clients and government entities. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with strategic oversight, delivering both in-person and remote support across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. With a focus on new product development and evaluation, this person is responsible for guiding the evolution of M3T's customer solutions and leading the implementation of M3T-hosted solutions. This includes the design, deployment, and ongoing support of application-driven database systems critical to M3T and customer business operations. The Senior Security System Administrator ensures high-quality service delivery by managing technical support workflows, tracking escalations, and mentoring team members.
