Preferred Skills * Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, or similar video conferencing platforms. * Basic knowledge of networking concepts and structured cabling. * Experience with asset management and IT service management tools. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience working in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical environments. * Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT standards. #NOBLE-NON-IT ## Description We are seeking an IT Site Support Technician with Audio Visual (AV) experience to provide onsite technical support for end users in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, experience supporting IT hardware/software, and basic knowledge of AV technologies.
