* Strong foundational knowledge of Information Technology, including hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
 * Hands-on experience with desktop support, end-user assistance, and ticket management systems
 * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and evolving processes

Preferred Qualifications:
