Other: * Previous experience creating or maintaining web or desktop applications preferred. * Experience with Vue JavaScript Framework Preferred. * Able to quickly grasp both business and technical concepts and solve difficult technical problems by leveraging available resources. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to adjust content and delivery based on the audience. * Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills. * Customer service mindset. * Able to prioritize and thrive in stressful situations. * Driven to learn and stay current in an ever-changing technical landscape. ## Description The Application Developer I plays a key role in supporting the Development Team's workflow and overall effectiveness. This position is responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of internally built applications and services, serving as the initial point of review for incoming bug reports and enhancement requests. The individual collaborates closely with end users, the IT helpdesk, and fellow developers to troubleshoot issues, implement fixes when possible, and escalate more complex concerns as needed. In addition, the Application Developer I contributes to the creation of quality assurance testing plans and executes application testing to ensure reliability and performance.
