In this role, you will be responsible for leading, overseeing, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations at a massive, multi-million dollar enterprise scale for major healthcare providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers. As a senior leader within the delivery team, you will align large-scale implementation strategies with our HLS clients' core business objectives-such as improving patient outcomes, optimizing care coordination, and enhancing provider experiences-while ensuring seamless adoption of Salesforce solutions across diverse, cross-functional clinical and operational departments. You will handle end-to-end governance, ensuring all solutions meet strict industry compliance, security, and data privacy standards.
