## Description

Memorial Health System is seeking an experienced Workday Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to support ongoing initiatives, active projects, system enhancements, reporting requirements, and day-to-day operational support.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday Financials and strong knowledge of Workday SCM, with hands-on experience in business process design, configuration, reporting, analytics, and project delivery. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders and active participation in client-facing meetings., Workday Financials & SCM Support

 * Provide hands-on support for Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions.
 * Create, maintain, and optimize Workday Business Processes (BPs).
 * Develop and support Calculated Fields.
 * Perform system configuration, enhancements, and optimization activities.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing operational support.

Reporting & Analytics

 * Design, develop, and maintain Workday reporting solutions.
 * Create and enhance Workday reports, including Prism Analytics reporting.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable analytics.

Project Support
Support ongoing Workday initiatives and projects, including:

 * Adaptive Planning
 * Vendor Portal
 * Grants
 * Hyland AP
 * Additional project-related enhancements and extensions

Leadership & Collaboration

 * Collaborate with business and technical teams across multiple initiatives.
 * Coordinate project activities and support successful project execution.
 * Provide guidance and leadership based on prior team lead or people management experience.
