 * CompTIA: Advanced certs like Network+, Security+, or CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst).
 * Cisco: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP (Professional) for complex networking.
 * Microsoft: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent modern workplace credentials.
 * Cloud & Virtualization: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or VMware Certified Professional (VCP). [1]

## Description

* The Level 3 IT Technician is the highest tier of technical support within the organization, typically handling the most complex and critical IT issues that cannot be resolved at Tier 1 or Tier 2.

 * Must be able to implement design changes, fix bugs, or make infrastructure-level updates.

 * Provide routine service and maintenance on printer equipment.

 * Troubleshoot and repair print equipment and provide excellent customer service and support.

 * Manage schedules and customer emergencies.
