* 5+ years of Manual Testing experience
 * 3+ years of Salesforce (SFDC) testing experience
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
 * Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing
 * Experience creating and executing test cases
 * Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect tracking tools
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
 * Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

 * Basic automation testing knowledge
