## About the Role

TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced team driving telecom and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes pride in keeping projects organized and on track., * 3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, telecom, inventory/warehouse, or related field

 * At least 1 year working in a professional office environment

 * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

 * Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills

 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

 * Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

 * Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow

Education

 * High School Diploma or equivalent required

 * Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred

Nice To Have

 * Telecom Industry certifications

 * Experience with project tracking systems and data validation

 * Background supporting telecom or infrastructure projects

## Description

This resource can work 100% remotely, supporting typical daytime business hours in the Alaska Time Zone, Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

 * Coordinate project activities including materials, inventory, and workflow tracking

 * Maintain and update project documentation (schedules, drawings, permits, charters, etc.)

 * Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and operational issues

 * Partner with engineering, site acquisition teams, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines

 * Track circuit orders, purchase orders, and materials delivery

 * Ensure regulatory and company compliance across project documentation

 * Audit and validate site and project data

 * Support administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and documentation
