## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative related discipline.
 * 5+ years of professional ERP & analytics experience.
 * Successful experience using SharePoint, DAX, Power Platform (BI, Query, Automate), C#, Visual Basic, SQL, REST APIs, and Python.
 * Advanced to expert MS Excel skills.
 * Deep experience with recursion, pivot/unpivot, and Window functions.
 * Experience with cloud-based BI/ERP solutions, MS Fabric, Salesforce.
 * Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
 * Strong attention to detail.
 * Highly accurate and thorough in tasks.
 * Knowledge of life sciences and/or manufacturing industries preferred.

Eligibility Requirements:

 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
 * Must be willing to take and successfully pass a drug test.
 * Must be willing to submit and successfully pass a background check.

## Description

* ERP implementation & customizations, systems & infrastructure management.
 * Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, including interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
 * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
 * Train end-users on Power BI and best practices to help drive data consumption.
 * Develop, optimize, and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources (ERP, databases, etc.) into our data warehouse.
 * Data modeling, write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and performance tuning.
 * Create custom data points for analysis using calculated fields & expressions.
 * Proactively design, test, and deploy new dashboards & visualizations.
 * Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports.
 * Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.
 * Build & perform routine audits of data in reports/dashboards.
 * Provide first and second-line support to end-users, resolving system issues and managing support tickets in a timely manner.
 * Requirements gathering, business process mapping, and change management.
 * Other duties as assigned.
