 * 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in SAP project management.
 * 4+ years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
 * Proven experience delivering large enterprise SAP transformation programs.

 * Stakeholder Communication, * SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA or Project Management.
 * PMP / Scrum Master certification preferred.
 * Experience in public sector, finance, or banking domain is a plus.
 * Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

## Description

Job Description: * Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.

 * Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
 * Manage project governance, steering committee reporting, and executive stakeholder communication.
 * Coordinate with SAP functional teams including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and Basis.
 * Drive project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
 * Monitor project budget, cost controls, and vendor performance.
 * Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
 * Ensure successful data migration, integration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
 * Collaborate with business leaders to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
 * Oversee change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
 * Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and audit requirements.
 * Manage offshore/onshore teams and third-party implementation partners.
