## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Product Management, Mobile Apps, CRM, or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience managing consumer-facing mobile apps and CRM/lifecycle marketing programs.
Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing automation.
Experience with platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar CRM tools.
Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Consumer brand or CPG experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Korean consumer trends or K-pop culture is a plus.

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are seeking a Digital Solutions & CRM Manager to support our client's team., Define and execute the mobile app strategy, roadmap, and user experience.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and external vendors to develop and enhance app functionality.
Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email, SMS, push notifications, customer segmentation, and automated customer journeys.
Analyze customer behavior and app performance to optimize engagement, retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Track KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve app and CRM performance.
Manage external vendors, agencies, and CRM technology partners to ensure successful project execution and ROI.
