## About the Role

Position requires knowledge of computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word and Excell.

Proficiency in typing and solid written and verbal communication skills.

Three years of business administration experience and/or A.A. in Secretarial Sciences

Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet specific time lines are required.

Bilingual Preferred (Spanish) but not required, Prolonged exposure to computer video display screens, repetitive motions.

Transportation Requirement

Position requires automobile, driver's license and insurance.

## Description

To provide clerical support to program staff. Assures the overall smooth daily program operations through complete record keeping and efficient information processing. Position is responsible for data inputting and maintaining accurate records., Acquire full knowledge of all services available through PathStone and the eligibility criteria for those services.

Interviews program participants to determine eligibility and assist with enrollment process

Assist program staff to provide supportive services to clients.

Maintains complete and accurate records and files, including assisting with record keeping of Individual Employment Plans and Organize filing system.

Responsible for screening phone calls and coordinating communications between staff.

Provide technical assistance to staff on local office procedures
