## Description

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.
 * Provide support for Windows workstations, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network connectivity issues.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
 * Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely resolution of support tickets.
 * Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ticketing system
