Additional Desired Skills: * Air Force or DoD program experience; familiarity with USAF aircrew training community or operations. * Experience with USAF aircrew scheduling or training systems (PEX, Puckboard, G/TIMS). * Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platform rollouts. * Active DoD Secret Clearance (ability to obtain) ## Description Segue Technologies is seeking a Lead Trainer & Change Manager to own the end-to-end change management strategy and execution for a major U.S. Air Force enterprise system cutover. This is a senior role requiring the ability to operate independently, manage a content developer, and interface directly with Air Force stakeholders at multiple echelons. This is a full-time position located in San Antonio, TX.
