Experience in financial services preferred. * Proven ability to aggregate and synthesize larger data sets from multiple sources * Proficiency with Python, R, or other analytic language. * Proficiency with SQL, including CTEs and window functions * Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. * Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply * Strong reporting, decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities. * Ability to perform in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Integrity - We operate with the highest ethical standards and highest degree of honesty. ## Description Reporting to the Director of Strategic Insights, the Product Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing disparate data sources to provide recommendations that guide MCU's member-centric growth strategy. Using both structured and unstructured data, this senior analyst will be responsible for applying a variety of analytic techniques, including econometric and machine learning models, to uncover growth segments, guide product development, and support personalization efforts.
