This role serves as the technical lead for production issues, partnering with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive issues through final resolution. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can quickly assess technical problems, prioritize multiple issues, communicate effectively across teams, and take ownership from initial investigation through successful resolution.
