## About the Role

* Experience providing IT infrastructure support, which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting/ violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
 * Hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware problems.
 * Experience or ability to follow installation instructions in installing and troubleshooting desktop applications.
 * Knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites.
 * Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
 * Skilled in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS.
 * TCS prefers, technicians with an associate degree in Electronics, CompTIA A+, HP hardware support, and Windows Certification
 * Knowledge & Hands on of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP
 * Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Server, Data Servers, Print Management, Office 365, SharePoint etc.
 * Knowledge & Hands on of Networking device configurations (Cisco & Aruba), * Desktop support: 2 years (Preferred)
 * Active Directory: 2 years (Preferred)
 * Windows: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

 * Ada, MI 49301 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

 * Ada, MI 49301: Relocate before starting work (Required)
