## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, OR
 * Master's degree (MA/MS), with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, OR
 * Relevant technical certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate) and a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree.
 * Relevant experience includes application development, user support, or business process analysis.
 * One (1) year of experience in a DoD or DHS environment is highly desirable.
 * Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) certification required., * Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

 * DHS: 3 years (Preferred)
 * Application development: 1 year (Required)
 * user support: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) (Required)
