Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Quality Assurance & Control Technician (QA) - Farmers Branch - **Company:** 85C Bakery cafe - **Location:** Farmers Branch, TX, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Salary:** $35,360.0 - $47,840.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Memory Card, Microsoft Office - **Published:** July 4, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=b4c9172dd9492241 ## About the Role Junior to High School with Three (3) or more years of production in checking quality and quality control in bakery and food production, * Bilingual (English/Spanish and or English/ Vietnamese and or English / Cambodian and or English / Chinese) in writing and speaking are highly preferred. * Able to work in environments such as cooler, freezer, and handle hot bakery items. * Able to work independently with minimal supervision. ## Description We are looking to hire a QA at our Farmers Branch Location As a QA and Control Tech, you will w ork with Chef, Supervisor, Plant Manager, QA/QC team and all other facility personnel to ensure food quality assurance and control pertaining to food safety. * Understand and Support Daily, Weekly, Monthly checklist for QAFS policies and procedures. * Report issues for products, process, and storage if not in non-compliance, and program deviation * Complete the QA /QC daily operation checklist as to in processing quality control and quality assurance reports, as food safety, microbial, sanitation, and monitoring deemed necessary. * Follow and train production employees to address daily issues as temperature, sanitation, pest control, specifications, foreign objects, analytical and packaging specs, etc. * Train and follow the employee training tasks regarding the principles and practices of HACCP, SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs, and pest control, sanitation, lab testing, and recall procedures. * Translate documents English/Spanish and or English/ Vietnamese QAFS policies and procedures. * Understand and participate in problem-solving sessions for customer complaints, 2 nd or 3 rd audit. * Conduct visual, smell, and or sensory and microbiological evaluations of products with report, finished product specification report, temperature records, receiving records and products quality records. * Arrange and organize retain samples, shelf-life sample, R&D sample, product / in process sample. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Act as contact person if other team members is not on duty.
