This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of onsite and remote support in a fast-paced MSP environment., * 5+ years of IT support experience. * 3+ years supporting business environments. * Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting experience. * Microsoft 365 administration experience. * Active Directory and Entra ID experience. * Basic Windows Server administration. * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking knowledge. * Experience supporting printers, scanners, and peripherals. * Experience supporting mobile devices (iPhone/iPad/Android). * Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Valid driver's license or ability to travel throughout NYC using public transportation., * MSP experience. * Microsoft certifications. * CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent. * Experience with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate. * Experience with Datto, Huntress, SentinelOne, Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, or Fortinet. * Microsoft Office 365 experience. Azure is a plus but not required. * SharePoint and OneDrive migration experience. * Conference room AV deployment experience. * Cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
