## Description

Unlike many IT companies where technicians are siloed, our team works together daily, sharing knowledge and learning from each other. Many of our senior engineers started in this role and grew with us.

What You'll Do

You'll provide help desk support for businesses using Windows and macOS environments, helping users resolve technical issues and maintain their systems.

Typical responsibilities include:

 * Troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
 * Providing support via phone, remote access, and occasionally on-site
 * Maintaining and documenting support tickets
 * Assisting with system maintenance and equipment installations
 * Learning from and collaborating with senior engineers
