We are looking for a talented and experienced IT System Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to help us maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure, Helpdesk System, and cybersecurity posture. If you have a strong background in Windows, Linux, Cloud Technologies, and information security practices (ISO 27001), we would love to hear from you., + Minimum of 5 years of IT system administration and cybersecurity experience. + Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001. + Strong knowledge of Active Directory, OU, GPO management, and MS O365. + Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat, or similar distributions). + Proficient in using shell-based commands and scripting. + Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems + Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure). + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. + Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). + Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a professional environment.
