## About the Role

Proven sales / business development experience in fiber-optic OR electrical construction (either one).

 - An existing network of industry contacts (or strong ties in construction in general).

 - Self-driven hunter who opens doors and closes deals.

 - Valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

## Description

We're a growing fiber-optic and electrical construction company expanding across the Phoenix metro. We're looking for a Business Development Manager / project hunter to bring in new work.

What you'll do:

 - Hunt and win projects in fiber-optic (OSP / microtrenching) and/or electrical construction.

 - Build and leverage relationships with GCs, developers, ISPs, municipalities, data centers, and construction partners.

 - Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closing.

 - Work closely with operations to scope and price projects.
