This role provides leadership to the application team, fostering empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring effective, efficient operations in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. The Team Lead partners closely with the application leader and operational stakeholders to develop departmental plans, standards, and best practices aligned with organizational goals. The Application Analyst Team Lead oversees day-to-day team activities, prioritizes work across multiple applications, and serves as a trusted expert on workflows, system functionality, integration, and regulatory impacts. This role leads governance processes, facilitates team and stakeholder meetings, supports project and build transitions, and contributes to complex decision-making through business cases and metrics-driven recommendations.
