Requirements

 * Must be able to work onsite in Portland, Oregon

 * Must have a valid driver's license

 * Must be able to pass a background check

 * Must be able to pass a drug test

 * Must be able to lift and move IT equipment as needed

## Description

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Tier 1 IT Support Technician to join our internal IT department in Portland, Oregon. This is an onsite position supporting employees with day-to-day technical issues, equipment needs, and basic IT service requests., * Provide Tier 1 help desk support for employees

 * Respond to, track, and manage work orders using a ticketing system

 * Assist with laptop setup, software installation, and basic troubleshooting

 * Support Windows and Microsoft 365 users

 * Assist with Active Directory tasks such as password resets and basic account support

 * Troubleshoot printers, phones, and basic network connectivity issues

 * Maintain accurate inventory records for IT equipment

 * Help prepare, deploy, and recover laptops and other hardware

 * Document support activities clearly and accurately

 * Escalate more complex technical issues when needed
