This role focuses on cross team coordination, financial management, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting, while partnering closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to ensure outcomes are achieved in alignment with enterprise standards. The Senior Project Manager does not perform Scrum Master duties, but enables successful Agile execution through planning, oversight, and stakeholder alignment.
