* A high attention to detail
 * Be a self-motivated, independent operator
 * Have the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 * Have strong communication skills for contact with clients and coworkers via phone, email and Teams
 * Strong keyboard/touch typing skills. Ability to operate office equipment essential to the position
 * Excellent computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
 * Great communication, organizational and time management skills
 * Ability to work additional hours during busy seasons and some holidays
 * Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business a plus
 * Understanding of the SEC & Corporate Filing industry is a plus

## Description

* Respond to client emails, phone calls and processing needs
 * Compare client-supplied Word documents to the internal documents to insure consistency.
 * Convert and modify Word and Excel documents into the SEC's HTML compliant EDGAR format through the use of proprietary software
 * Stay current with continued trainings RDG provides
