## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience with Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance platforms
 * 10+ years of experience working in an Agile environment in an Analyst or similar role
 * Strong hands-on experience in system analysis, process optimization, requirement gathering, and solution design
 * Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Oracle ERP Financial Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial modules., * Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle ERP Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions using solution architecture principles.
 * Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate data integration between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, or custom applications.
 * Configure and customize Oracle ERP Financial modules to meet organizational requirements while adhering to best practices in system design and configuration management.
